Emma from Manhattan, New York "Covid-19 has impacted my yoga group. Where we would meet 3 times a week, now it is down to twice a month. This past session I brought all my yoga friends an Apra Bath Bomb along with the following recipe:
Emma's Chillax Recipe
1 tub semi filled with warm to hot water
1 Apra Bath Bomb
1 Deliciously Scented Candle
1 Playlist chosen for Calming Thoughts
1 Plastic Goblet of Cool Sparkling Water
Add Apra Bath Bomb to water, light candle, set tunes for "play",
settle into the tub and hydrate periodically with your sparkling water.
Soak for 10 to 20 minutes
Dry off and resume your routine invigorated and ready to take on the day or night!
